Real listings · More leads

Prove your listing
is actually real.

Attach a Prson reality-proof to your car, apartment, or product listing — a signed live walkthrough that anyone can verify. Buyers commit faster, scams get filtered out, and qualified leads stop scrolling past you.

The trust gap

Listings are cheap. Trust is expensive.

Every marketplace, from used cars to short-term rentals to handcrafted electronics, is full of the same friction: a buyer sees a listing, can't tell if it's real, sends three messages asking for more photos, gets an awkward Friday-night Zoom call, and still wires a deposit holding their breath. Most sellers are honest — the dishonest few are the reason every transaction is slower and more anxious than it needs to be.

A reality-proof link cuts through that. One scan, and the buyer sees a signed walkthrough that can't be lifted from anyone else's listing, can't be staged from stock photos, and can't be replayed by a second seller. They commit, or they move on quickly — either way, you spend zero time on the wrong leads.

How it works

From listing to signed proof in 60 seconds.

  1. 01

    Record a signed walkthrough

In the Prson app, pick the item or property and capture a live photo or video — up to 6 minutes. The bytes are hashed and signed by your identity key before they leave the phone.

  2. 02

    Get a reality-proof link

Prson returns a short URL or QR code. Paste it into your listing's description, your marketplace bio, or right next to the asking price. No app required to view — buyers tap the link in any browser.

  3. 03

    Buyers verify in one tap

Anyone scanning the link sees the walkthrough plus a green "verified by Prson" stamp. The capture is bound to your identity — they know who recorded it, when, and that it hasn't been edited since.

  4. 04

    Re-verify on demand

Serious buyers can also ask for a new prompt-bound challenge: "show the dashboard reading today's date" or "open the storage room I asked about." A fresh signed capture, on the spot.

What a reality-proof shows

A scannable seal of "yes, this is real".

The item, live

A real walkthrough recorded in-app. No camera-roll uploads, no stock photos, no AI-generated room renders. The footage exists because someone with the seller's key made it.

The seller's verified identity

The capture carries the seller's signed identity — name fragment, country, "verified human" status — at whatever level of disclosure they chose. Buyers know they're dealing with a real person, even if they don't know their full name.

A tamper-evident hash

The file hash plus the signature live on the proof page. A buyer who downloads the file can verify months later, offline, that nothing about it has changed.

Examples

Built for the categories where trust converts.

Used cars

A signed walk-around showing the VIN, odometer, body condition, and a current newspaper or date stamp. Buyers send deposits faster. You stop driving to no-shows.

Apartments & rentals

A live pan from the front door across the living room and out the window — the most effective answer to "is this actually the place I'd be renting?" ever invented.

Used electronics

Power it on, show the serial number, scroll through the settings screen. Removes the "I'll buy if it boots" back-and-forth and tells re-sellers from real owners apart.

Services & appointments

Photographers, contractors, repairmen, trainers — show your studio, your tools, your last finished project. Bookings go up because the buyer can tell, in 30 seconds, that you exist.

Hand-made goods

Show the workshop, the work-in-progress, the materials. Wholesalers and dropshippers can't fake it — independent makers stop competing on the same axis.

Auctions & rare items

Where small details matter — coin grades, watch movements, signed memorabilia — a signed close-up walkthrough is the difference between a winning bid and a lurker.

Why sellers care

More qualified leads. Fewer time-wasters.

Buyers self-qualify

Tire-kickers, scammers, and "is this still available?" spammers move on quickly when the listing's headline proof says everything they would've asked for.

Signal where everyone else is noise

A reality-proof badge on your listing is the same differentiator a verified-merchant tick used to be — except buyers don't have to trust a platform, they trust the signature.

Carries across platforms

The same proof link works on classified sites, social DMs, WhatsApp listings, and your own page. One capture, everywhere you advertise.
